Olivehurst Parks

Parks Department

Olivehurst Public Utility District operates and maintains more than 50 acres of family-oriented park land.  These parks have many amenities such as ball parks, play structure, shade structures and many more. 

If you are interested in having functions in the park, keep in mind that if your events include use of bounce houses, stages, power equipment, etc., you must get a Park Use Permit

The OPUD Board of Directors passed a Park Table Reservation Policy August 15, 2012 giving the public an opportunity to reserve picnic tables within the shade structures of Eufay Wood Sr. Memorial Park, Veterans Park, Lindhurst Memorial Park and Richard "Doug" Donahue Park.

Swimming Pool and Spray Parks


Pool 2013SWIMMING POOL - 1970 9th Avenue, Olivehurst, CA 95961

OPENing - june 4, 2016 (tentatively)

Thanks to the generosity of First 5 Yuba and Yuba County Health and Human Services we will be opening the swimming pool this year.  These grants allow us to offer free swim to our youngest citizens, 5 and under will be free.

General Admission - $3.00 6 and up

Season Passes - $45.00 Individual - $75.00 Family (up to 5)

Swim Lessions will begin June 20, 2016 (see Registration Form below for the Schedule and Times) .  The registration forms can be returned to the OPUD Business Office at 1970 9th Avenue beginning Monday May 23, 2016 until the pool opens.  Once pool opens please bring the forms to the pool.

When completing the registration form it asks for the Level for swimming.  We have included above the swimming level skills for assistance in better determining.  If you are unsure of the level, put your best guess and then once pool opens staff can evaluate the swimmer and let you know the appropriate level. 

Swim Lesson Fees  -
  • 5 and under Free
  • 1 Student (6 and  up) - $25.00
  • 2 Students (6 and up) - $45.00
  • 3 Students (6 and up) - $60.00
  • 4 Students (6 and up) - $70.00

Days of Operation:

  • Weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
  • Holidays
  • Any day forecast to be 100 degrees or over (per NOAA, National Weather Service website forecast for Olivehurst)
