    3908 Mary Avenue The OPUD solar project at the Olivehurst wastewater treatment plant came online in July of 2012. The 5-acre facility produces approximately 840 kilowatts of electricity or about 1800 megawatt hours per year. The system incorporates 5,253 photo voltaic modules. California State Water Supply Reliability Self-Certification Data and Underlying Analysis Documents

Sec. 864.5. Self-Certification of Supply Reliability for Three Additional Years of Drought.

  1. To prevent the waste and unreasonable use of water and to meet the requirements of the Governor’s May 9, 2016 Executive Order, each urban water supplier shall:….(4) Post, within two weeks of submittal to the board, the data and underlying analysis relied upon by the supplier to determine the conservation standard reported pursuant to this subdivision to a publicly-accessible webpage;
